


Agent Memories Release
We've released Agent Memories, a new feature in Droxy designed to improve your AI agents' accuracy and reliability over time. Agent Memories allows you to provide direct feedback based on past interactions, ensuring your agents learn and adapt without repeating mistakes.

What are Agent Memories?
Agent Memories are specific pieces of feedback or instructions you give to your Droxy agent. When you identify an incorrect, incomplete, or undesirable response in a past conversation, you can create a memory. This tells the agent how to handle similar situations better in the future. It's a direct way to refine your agent's knowledge and behavior based on real-world performance.
How Agent Memories Work
Improving your agent with memories is straightforward:
Review Conversations: Navigate to the "Conversations" tab for your agent and select an interaction where the agent's response could be better.
Create a Memory: Click the "Create Memory" button associated with the conversation.

Provide Feedback: A window will appear showing the conversation context. In the input field, describe what the agent should remember or do differently. Be specific (e.g., "Offer the BRIGHT25 discount code when asked about discounts," or "When asked about plans, always invite the user to book a demo at [link]").

Generate & Test: Click "Generate Memory." You can immediately test if the agent understands by typing a relevant question in the "Test Your Memory" box. The agent's response should now reflect the new memory.

Save & Manage: Click "Save Memory." The memory is now active. You can view, edit, or delete all saved memories for an agent under the dedicated "Memories" tab.

Why Use Agent Memories?
Improve Accuracy: Correct factual errors or outdated information (like discount codes or pricing).
Enhance Responses: Add missing context or calls-to-action (like suggesting a demo booking).
Control Behavior: Guide agents to stay on topic or avoid expressing opinions on sensitive subjects.
Increase Reliability: Ensure consistent and correct interactions with your customers over time.
