We’ve released attachment message support in Droxy. Your agents can now understand and respond to images and voice messages during conversations. This makes interactions feel more natural and opens the door to richer, more context-aware responses.

Attachment support enables your Droxy agents to process incoming image and audio attachments, just like they do with text. Instead of ignoring these messages or replying with a generic fallback, agents now understand the content and respond appropriately.

This is especially helpful for chats on mobile-first platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram DM, where users often prefer sending media over typing.

How to Enable Attachment Support?

Enabling your agent to process different attachments takes just a few clicks:

  1. Navigate to your agent's Manage page


  2. Click into the Advanced section


  3. Toggle the types of attachments (images and/or audio messages) you want your agent to process and save.
